Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at techw6294@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item. Please include the RMA number with your return shipment.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to returned items that are not in their original, unopened packaging or in resalable condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
